Set within the upper gardens of a Grade II listed manor house in Hampshire, Holm Place presented a unique challenge: delivering a modern, future-proof electrical installation within a historically sensitive environment. Working closely with the project team, we designed and installed a full electrical system that balanced heritage of the site with sustainability. The two-storey, L-shaped home was built to complement the neighboring historic structure, while incorporating technologies such as energy-efficient lighting, smart home controls, and provisions for renewable energy — tailored for a family-focused lifestyle.
