This project was delivered within a live school environment, requiring close coordination with the school’s management team to ensure safety and minimal disruption. We maintained segregated access routes throughout to avoid interface with staff and pupils during term time.
The new Healthy Hearts Hall—a multi-use indoor activity space—was constructed using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), which required precise service coordination. All electrical routes, containment, and penetrations were incorporated into the fabrication drawings from the outset, with no scope for change post-approval. This demanded accurate design and a tightly controlled installation process.
