This multi-site project for Littlehampton and Rustington Housing Society involved close design assistance from our team to coordinate electrical works across three separate locations. We managed and installed four new incoming supplies—serving a new community hall, three residential flats, a standalone laundrette, and a dedicated EV charging kiosk.
Working with a Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structure, we ensured all containment routes and service penetrations were pre-planned and approved ahead of fabrication. A Solar PV system was also installed to enhance energy efficiency.
The project involved several design and logistical challenges, which were successfully resolved through close coordination with the wider team.
